The remains of the Legionary bathhouse of the fortress of Eboracum. This museum is accessed through the Roman Bath pub, situated in the basement of the pub on St Sampson's Square in York. Apart from the fascinating ruins of the bathhouse, you'll be able to view roman armour and weapons, and also roman tiles which show the signs of nails from the sandals of Romans who trod upon them before the tile had hardened after being made.
